PS Tech have provided our IT support since 2019. During that time we have overseen replacement of hardware, and moving from location based server to SharePoint. Paul remains closely involved with our requirements and is ably supported by his team from day to day helpdesk queries, to managing our new starters and projects. PS Tech set up my previous laptop way before the pandemic but now I wanted a faster laptop for when I was working away from the office/home. I have known Paul at PS Tech for more than 14 years so I trust his experience and advice implicitly. Paul supplied with me with a new Dell Latitude laptop, and it is soooooo quick!! As I do not live local to PS Tech, they also provided a service to set the computer up in advance and ship it to my home address. That saved me a lot of time and hassle (and heartache as I just don't have the patience they do), and I am glad I asked them. I have absolutely hit the ground running with it.
